The company was set up by the current Managing Director, Anne-Marie Went in 2005. The company continues to grow and supports a wide variety of clients in the South East.
The level of support provided by Employment Answers is tailored to suit the client's needs. We operate on a retainer basis for clients who use us regularly. Some clients may only require occasional ad hoc advice which can be received by email or over the telephone; whereas others may wish our team to carry out specific projects such as creating or updating their employment documentation or carrying out interviews, disciplinaries or grievances at their premises on their behalf.
Anne-Marie is a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and chose Employment Law and Employee Relations as her Electives. In 2005, in recognition of her skill and experience in HR her membership was upgraded to that of Chartered Member of the Institute.
